Group Classes


Our group boxing classes are held 5 times a week. Each class offers an intense cardio workout that incorporates core boxing instruction and technique with full body workout. These classes are designed for all fitness levels. No prior boxing experience necessary. We offer four different types of classes:  Boxercise, Intro to Technical Boxing and Fitness Boxing.



 


Cardio Equipment


Our cardio room is equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines and exercise bikes




Strength Training Equipment


Our members have access to a number of weight training machines, a variety of free weights, medicine balls, gym mats, stability balls and other  fitness equipment



Boxing Equipment


Permanent full size regulation boxing ring, 10 heavy bags, 2 speed bags, ceiling to floor bag, side to side dip ball, mirrors for shadow boxing, shadow boxing hand weights, skipping ropes, boxing gloves, hand wraps and sparing gear
